PCLaw Plus helps you track all people and contacts related to your matters and firm. The contact database is firmwide, and you can apply security to ensure that only authorised staff may access sensitive records.

Enter and manage contacts and clients through PCLaw Contact and Client Managers. Seperate tabs provide easy access to core information such as related matters.

Case and Matter Management:

Track all information critical to your matter through the Matter Manager. Access the details you need through separate tabs focusing on related Appointments and Tasks, Documents and Email, Phone calls and Notes, Time and Disbursement entres.

Calendaring, To-Do's, Tasks and Deadlines:

The multi-functional desktop calendar helps you keep track of meetings, court appearances and other activities closely related to the firm's clients and cases. Access firmwide calendar information directly through PCLaw or share it with Microsoft® Outlook® through optional synchronisation.

Documents and Email:

Use PCLaw Plus to manage documents, e-mail and precedent templates. You can store documents and e-mail using the Document Manager - or save it directly from applications such as Microsoft® Wor and Outlook - and then associate it with specific matters for easy retrieval.

When you need to generate routine documents, use the PCLaw internal document assembly component or click on integrated link taking you to HotDocs® software.
